The trust you build in that one minute is more than you’d get from 100 "likes."
They hear your tone. They feel your authenticity.

Save that Loom.
The next time someone asks a similar question, say,
"Hey [Name], I actually recorded this quick video for another person who asked the same thing, thought it would help you too."
You look like a hero, and it took you 10 seconds.
2. The ‘Public Spotlight’: Make Them a Celebrity
The amateur sees a great comment on their post.
They "heart" it or reply, "Thanks!"
This is weak. It's a dead-end.
The pro turns that comment into a new piece of content.
Take a screenshot of that insightful comment.
Post it on your Story. Tag the person who wrote it.
Why It Works:
This is a 2-for-1 kill.
First, you just made that person feel like a god. You publicly validated them. They are now a die-hard fan for life.
Second, you just showed your entire audience that your comment section is a place where smart people hang out.
It's massive social proof.
This 30-second action converts one person and proves your authority to everyone else.
3. The ‘Remember One F*cking Thing’ Method
The amateur treats their DMs like a transactional vending machine.
Question in, answer out.
It’s cold and forgettable.
The pro knows loyalty isn't built on transactions; it's built on memory.
The next time you're in the DMs, don't just answer their business question.
Ask a simple, human follow-up.
"Got it. Hey, separate note, how did that presentation you mentioned last week end up going?"
"But you can't remember details about 100 different people!"
Bullshit.
You don't need a $1,000 CRM.
You need a free Trello board or a notes app.
When someone shares a personal detail (big launch, sick kid), it takes five seconds to jot it down.
